Resume Summary
- Ken has broad experience in both labor and employment law as well as commercial litigation. Over the last 10 years, he has successfully represented municipalities in some of the largest interest arbitrations in the State of Michigan. Additionally, he has lectured for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) on defending against consumer complaints, in particular, those against automobile dealerships. He has served as a panel arbitrator for both DaimlerChrysler Corporation and Ford Motor Company on consumer litigation matters.
