Resume Summary

Ms. Linder is a Shareholder in the Business and Tax Department where she specializes in corporate and securities work. She has extensive experience representing companies in connection with private placements of securities, as well as SEC reporting and registration. She also works on venture capital investment transactions, representing both investors and portfolio companies, and represents independent producers and oil and gas exploration and development companies.
 
Ms. Linder's experience includes fund formation for venture capital funds, mortgage funds, and oil and gas development funds. She also works with operating companies in the technology and other arenas with respect to corporate matters and raising capital, and represents non-profit corporations on corporate and tax matters.
