Dealer Licensing - Application Requirements


In order to become a licensed dealer, you must:

  • Have submitted an original application for a license (form AR-0032) available from BRS
  • Have an established place of business
  • Complete two fingerprint cards
  • Have a sales tax number
  • Provide copies of Articles of Incorporation or Assumed Name Filing for the business
  • Complete and submit an original Vehicle Dealer License Application
